     Neuro- Linguistics Programming or (NLP) simply defined is to involve micro-expressions of the face, body, language of VAK (Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic) in combination with instinctual reptilian brain intension. 

     Micro-expressions are brief, involuntary facial expressions that reveal a person's true emotions, often occurring in less than a second. These subtle cues can provide valuable insights into how someone is feeling, even if they are trying to conceal it. Understanding micro-expressions can enhance communication skills and improve interpersonal relationships, as they allow us to read emotions more accurately. By paying attention to these fleeting expressions, we can become more empathetic and responsive in our interactions with others.
